Our ancestors already cultivated the vine many centuries ago. Working methods and grape varieties were different at that time. However, we found those lost grape varieties again in our old plots and we have decided to recreate a former plot in order to taste a wine of Champagne with the same taste as 250 years ago again. Cuvée 7 is born!
It is elaborated in using traditional and sustainable growing methods, strongly influenced by organic methods too. This Extra-Brut champagne has a sugar dosage of 4gr/l, and it is characterized by its frank energy, preciseness and minerality, combined with elegance and hardiness.
Elaborated from a blend of several years, this champagne must focus your attention when tasted.
Do not hesitate to open the bottle an hour prior to tasting.
This cuvée is simply perfect when served with a refined plate of crustacean.
