Champagne Rosé Ultradition from the House Laherte Frères is a blended rosé
which highlights the fruity savors of the best Pinot Meunier andPinot Noir grapes, completed by the fineness of the Chardonnay, noticeable in the mouth’s very end. 10 to 12% of the house’s red wine, vinified in wood barrels, is added to the blend, thus enriching the texture, color and aromas.

This champagne is elaborated in using traditional and sustainable growing methods, strongly influenced by organic methods too. In average, the vineyard is 25 years old and the sugar dosage is low (6-7 gr/l).

This cuvée combines freshness and elegance, and it will brilliantly match with white meats and grilled meat.
It is also very nice with desserts such as a red fruit cake.
