Regarding the Champagne Jean-noel Haton Cuvée Noble Vintage Millésime 2009

Cuvée Noble Vintage 2009 from Maison Jean-Noël HATON : a champagne with great depth.
After 5 to 8 years of aging, the golden color shines, its beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles creates a creamy and persistant cord. An open and fragranced nose revealing aromas of yellow fruits (peach, apricot), then dry fruits (fig, almond and candied fruits).
The palate is powerful, fruity and structured, the final is long and velvety.
This champagne is elaborated from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. It is the perfect match with Iodized flavors, white meat or even with eastern and spiced dishes.
