Regarding the Champagne Jean-noel Haton Brut Intense Extra Grand Cru
Champagne Brut Intense Extra Grand Cru from Maison Jean-Noël HATON is elaborated from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, 5 to 7% of which is vinified in wood barrel.
The nose is elegant and fine, with notes of fresh fruit (redcurrant, peach and apricot) and citrus fruit (grapefruit and orange). Complexity is added by spices and a touch of dried flowers.
The palate is fresh and generous. The finish is lively and elegant, hinting at a subtle dosage that does not disrupt the wine’s natural balance.
Following 6 to 8 years of aging, this champagne combines intensity and elegance, and can be served as an aperitif or to accompany to fish in sauce, or white meat.
