This champagne is elaborated from the 2015 harvest which is just splendide, and characterized by perfectly riped and healthy grapes with a sufficient acidity.
A rigorous hand-sorting allowed to select superb grape varieties. The harvest is completed by some reserve wines.
It's a powerful, complex and mineral cuvée. This is a champagne aimed to connoisseurs; a gastronomic cuvée which is already delicious but it can be stored in cellars up to 4 years.

Cuvée 743 commandée après la découverte, fin 2019, de la 742 offerte en cadeau. Excellent champagne et maison aux pratiques respectueuses à laquelle on ne peut que souhaiter longue vie et dont le site internet est par ailleurs passionnant. La prochaine commande portera sur une cuvée de la même maison encore plus prestigieuse, et il n'en manque pas.

Champagne Jacquesson
The Maison Jacquesson is a small but growing company! Its vineyards, composed of Grands Crus and 1ers Crus, are pampered (most of the treatments are organic) in a quest for excellence.
Its cuvées valorize a particular terroir, hence the presence of many parcel-based cuvées. On the other hand, the Cuvées 700 are the only ones produced by blending and each one reflects a particular year. Each Cuvée 700 is therefore different from the previous one, a completely original concept in Champagne!
These Cuvées 700 are available as classic or late-disgorged cuvées, giving them an incredible aging potential. The tasting of the two versions of the Cuvée 700 is a great moment!
