Cuvée Petite Douceur from GOSSET is an Extra Dry Rosé Champagne, composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir of which 7% of red wine.
To preserve the natural fruity aroma of wines, malolactic fermentation is carefully avoided. Having spent at least three years in the cellar, you will discover a very balanced mouth, dominated by strawberry, raspberry, but also pink grapefruit and lemon.
Its perfectly balanced sugar content (extra dry), makes it the ideal partner for desserts, sweet and sour dishes and afternoon tea party. This cuvée is delicious when served with raspberries’ macaroons, mandarins, fruit tarts or pink grapefruit iced soufflé.
This champagne will develop its full potential if served between 8 and 10 degrees.
