Since 2009, the House took the decision to vinify the Pinot Blanc of the FLEURY domain, in order to create an all new cuvée. No liquor is added during the disgorgement process: Cuvée Blanche was born, and it is intensively natural.
This champagne unveils delicate aromas, with a touch of irresistible womanly vinosity. It is preferable to taste this cuvée by its own, with no starters or side dishes, allowing the palate to discover the multiple facets of this cuvée. Much appreciated as an aperitif, the wine reveals its full personality following 15 minutes after the opening.
Cuvée Notes Blanches 2011 is produced using biological Farming, and only 3500 bottles were produced.
