Champagne « Variation 2014 Brut Nature » from Maison Fleury is exclusively elaborated from Pinot Gris and vinified in oak casks.
There is no sugar neither sulfur addition. The vinification in wood casks brings power and complexity which is clearly noticeable on the nose and the palate. One’s discover yellow and exotic fruit aromas. The mouth is generous and lead to a delicate and persistent finish.
This Brut Nature champagne is perfect for the aperitif, enjoyed between 10 and 12°C.
This cuvée can be stored in your cellar between 3 to 5 further years.
