The Brut tradition Grand Cru champagne from EGLY-OURIET is one of the best non-vintage champagnes. Partly vinified in barrels (20%), it's made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and is lightly dosed in sugar. This champagne has benefited a long stay in the cellar during 54 months ! It has got an impressive density and length ! This great champagne is vinous, intense, simply remarkable.

Champagne Grand Cru vintage 2008 from the house EGLY-OURIET was entirely vinified in wood barrels, with a very little dosage addition (2gr/l). It comes from very old vineyards of Ambonnay Terroirs classified Grands Crus. It has been disgorged in July 2019.
It's elaborated with 70% of Pinot Noir and 30% of Chardonnay.

The EGLY-OURIET Champagne House, located in Ambonnay on 12 hectares, is a family house running for four generations. Small by its production (about 100 000 bottles per year), and big by the exceptional quality of its champagnes.
All the champagnes of this house spend at least 3 years in the cellar before being sold, thus increasing their complexity and ensuring a better potential of ageing.
