Champagne Grand Cru vintage 2011 from the house EGLY-OURIET was entirely vinified in wood barrels, with a very little dosage addition (2gr/l). It comes from very old vineyards of Ambonnay Terroirs classified Grands Crus. It has been disgorged in July 2020.
It's elaborated with 70% of Pinot Noir and 30% of Chardonnay.
