Regarding the Champagne Drappier Blanc de IV Blancs Quattuor
To date, "Quattuor" is the FIRST AND ONLY white champagne made from four different whites: Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
The Cuvée Quattuor of DRAPPIER (four in Latin) is a blend of these four grape varieties in equal parts, each of which brings its own aromatic tonality. 100% of the House's wines are aged in vats in order to keep the greatest freshness.
The texture is fine, the bubble delicate and the color very clear with soft green reflections. The nose offers aromas of smoke, citrus, honeyed apple and green tea. In the mouth, a lot of freshness and minerality. A very fine finish.
A rare champagne, for amateurs!
DRAPPIER's Blanc de Blancs Quattuor champagne is ideal as an aperitif, but also with seafood, fish without sauce, or a veal carpaccio with white truffles.
