Regarding the Champagne Drappier Rosé de Saignée
The DRAPPIER House is one of the few to elaborate the Rosé champagne by applying the traditional Saignée technique. A few days of maceration give this cuvée a deep color, marked by the Pinot Noir. With a low dosage, the mouth is remarkably expressive, with a great freshness.
No filtration, and minimal use of sulfur for this cuvée of exemplary purity of strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants punctuated by a touch of spices. On the palate, it offers a very nice balance, with a delicacy without equal.
Elegant as a rosé champagne de saignée should be, a success!
