Regarding the Champagne Dom Perignon Rosé Vintage 2005 Tokujin Yoshioka Edition
Champagne Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2005 will mark Dom Pérignon’s history by its great fluidity and generosity.
For every new Vintage, Dom Pérignon’s Cellar Master Richard Geoffroy declares the wine whose blend is unique. This power of creation, innovation and excellence values lead him since the early years, when it comes to elaborate a Dom Pérignon champagne.
The 2005 harvest saw a drastic selection in the vineyard, guaranteed a limited volume of exceptional quality, with unprecedented aromatic maturity. The nose develops tropical notes and very ripe stone fruit, toasted spices complement the whole. On the palate, the wine has a bracing vinosity. Its initial richness expands and affirms itself, becoming more physical, powerful and structured. It has remarkable length in the mouth, with a touch of licorice and a back drop of juicy, bitter blood orange.
This Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2005 is presented in a superbe casket created by the japonese artist Tokujin Yoshioka. The limited edition of this marvelous creation is full of poetry and light, as this 2005 vintage. A true piece of art….
