The rosé champagne of the House of DELAMOTTE is a very delicate rosé that expresses itself with finesse.

The blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay gives it its beautiful pale pink color and its delicate notes of red fruits, wild strawberries, rhubarb and white cherry.

The elaboration of Champagne Delamotte rosé is based on the "Saignée" traditional method which consists in extracting from the skin of the berries, the color and the aromatic complexity by letting them macerate with their flesh before and during the fermentation. On the palate, it will be of great delicacy, with an elegant and discreet profile. A champagne of superb concentration with a slightly smoky note and a beautiful chalky length.

It is a refined, dreamy wine, for an afternoon, or at dessert time, with a raspberry charlotte or a red fruit soup.
