3A standing for the 3 Grands Crus from which is elaborated this exceptional cuvée, 50% Chardonay from Avize, 25% of Pinot Noir from Ay, and 25% Pinot Noir from Ambonnay. A subtle blend of beautiful and old vines, creating a rich, well-balanced cuvée between the freshness and fineness of the Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir.
The nose reveals notes of pineapple, lemon and raspberry. The mouth is rich and offers a nice contrast between power and finesse. The finish is very fresh and persistent.
It is ideal when served during the meal, to accompany rich fishes such as tuna, salmon or scallops.

The 3A Cuvée from the house DE SOUSA is already delicious, but its aging potential is great thus this cuvée will offer a memorable tasting experience in the forthcoming years.

De Sousa Champagne House is a family business for 3 generations. The vineyard is located on 11 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.

The elaboration of the champagnes is traditional, the harvest is done by hand on vines of which three quarters are more than 45 years old, which offers to the champagnes of the House De Sousa an extraordinary aromatic richness...

The work of the vineyard has always been done in the respect of the nature and the environment, and quite naturally, the House has passed in Biodynamy in 1999, and has been certified Organic in 2010.
