DE SOUSA's Reserve Champagne is a non-vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs that will delight you with its freshness, finesse and pure minerality.
Made from hand-picked vines located on the most beautiful Grands Crus of Chardonnay located in Cramant, Avize, Oger, Mesnil sur Oger and Chouilly, this champagne is entirely aged in vats to preserve its freshness. On the nose, it is marked by notes of fresh roasted coffee, dried fruits and very expressive flowers. On the palate, it combines complexity and finesse with a touch of honey, butter and brioche, very greedy.
This champagne Extra-Brut (5gr/l) is to be enjoyed now and can also be kept for several years. It will be ideal as an aperitif, but also very appreciated with the treasures of the sea. A great pleasure awaits you with this authentic Blanc de Blancs champagne of pure nature and great elegance.

The work of the vineyard has always been done in the respect of the nature and the environment, and quite naturally, the House has passed in Biodynamy in 1999, and has been certified Organic in 2010.
