The cuvée Brut Désirable is a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru made from vines over 50 years old. Vinification takes place in small oak barrels and this cuvée is aged in the bottle at least for 30 months before being available on the market. It has a lovely golden yellow colour with a light mousse. Its nose reveals complex aromas of ripe wheat with a dash of ginger. This Champagne is remarkably rich and structured. It's well-balanced on the palate and has a good length in mouth. This champagne will harmoniously suits fish dishes and foie gras too.
The Cuvée Désirable is intense, fruity and full of charm.

De Sousa Champagne House is a family business for 3 generations. The vineyard is located on 11 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
