The Cuvée des Caudalies is yet another testament to the consistent quality of his production.
This blanc de blancs is vinified entirely in oak barrels and the grapes come from vines which are over 50 years old. It's the result of a subtle SOLERA blending of all the years of harvest since 1995 to today.
It has a pale gold colour, and its nose is elegant, delicately punctuated by well integrated woody aromas. This champagne offers creamy texture and harmonious structure.
Enjoy this distinguished blanc de blancs champagne as an aperitif with caviar toasts. It's also excellent with a thick slice of turbot fish.
