It required more than 84 months of cellar aging to discover Cuvée Caudalies 2010 from Maison De Sousa.
Each cuvée is elaborated following a long and rigorous land work, in respect of nature, and elaborated in an organic process in order to reach a perfect maturity.
This Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru champagne is raised in oak barrels, and the grapes are sourced from 50 years old of grapevines.
In respect of Caudalie’s spirit, this vintage is characterized by a roundness, breadth, depth and great minerality, hallmark of the greatests Chardonnay of the champagne region.
The nose is fine and develops subtle wood aromas. On the palate, one’s discover an enduring gastronomic champagne.
This champagne is perfect for the aperitif and in accompaniement of shellfishes or a turbot.
