Champagne Dry Rosé from CATTIER is characterized by a sugar content which is greater than a classic rosé (25g/l), bringing an unctuous and gourmand sensation.
This dry champagne is mainly elaborated from Pinots as the blend is composed of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir (14% of which being red wine), and 20% Chardonnay. 40% of reserve wine complete the blend, bringing then more complexity.
Following 2 years of aging in cellar, this champagne unveils fruit aromas (clementine, orange, raspberry) which are recalled on the generous palate.
This champagne is perfect with red fruit desserts.
