Champagne Brut from the House H BLIN, like every champagne of the range, is mainly elaborated from a majority of Pinot Meunier (80%, and 20% Chardonnay), one of the most surprising grape variety in Champagne. It offers a unique and astonishing taste with fresh and fruity shades.
The crusty character of the wine is remarkable. It has a very nice consistency between a perfect balance and a brightness of fresh and ripe aromas, signature of the terroir of Vincelles.
The finale ends on the extraordinary vigor of this wine worthy of the most select aperitifs or simple refined meals such as a white meat in creamy sauce, or a sweet and sour meal. This champagne is sold here in magnum.

Founded in 1947 by Henri Blin, who joined 28 other winemakers in Vincelles, the House H. BLIN & Co have today 120 winemakers members and 123 hectares. The House trades every year about 500 000 bottles, 45% of them being sold abroad. The particularity of champagne H.BLIN is to use one of the most surprising grape varieties among the region: the Meunier. This variety offers a unique and astonishing taste with subtle freshness and fruitiness. All their viticulture is based on reasoned farming principles, and several members already converted a part of their vineyard to “organic”.
