The wine expresses itself in a balance both mineral and corpulent. Champagne Brut Réserve from the House H.BLIN is elaborated from 40% of Pinot Meunier, 40% of Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.
A delicate fullness mix with its recurrent freshness giving a feeling of loosened elegance, of restrained power in a perfect harmony.
The fruity notes of yellow fruits are predominant.
A well balanced champagne, between freshness and poser.
Ideal for an aperitif, it is delicious when served with light starters too.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
