To celebrate the 170th anniversary of Besserat de Bellefon, the House launched an all new cuvée: La Cuvée B DE B, in a superb and traditional bottle shape from the 18th century. Rigorously sourced from the best crus and plots, it is elaborated from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay mainly. This clearly is the House's signature. This cuvée is partially vinified in small oak barrels, giving to the champagne a subtle density.
The weak dosage confers to the champagne a great authenticity, which is faithful to the House's basics: elegance and power.
This champagne is aimed to the greatest occasions, and it it highly recommended with haddock fish and lobster. This cuvée reflects the best of the House, and offers a new eonoligical experience for every lovers of the Besserat's style.
