Discover the Cuvée des Moines Sec in its superb golden dressing… a charming and suave champagne which remains delicate, in the purest Besserat style.
This cuvée had a deep yellow color of the highest purity. The foam is formed of fine bubbles that give birth to a discrete cord.
The nose is gourmand of pastry, almond cream and nougat. Aeration reveals more fruity notes of currants, and peach jam.
The palate is well structured, the taste balance is perfect. The naturally fine effervescence of Cuvée des Moines is transcended by its dry dosage (20g / l) which reinforces the creamy, smooth sensation.
This gourmet and charming champagne can accompany pastries, sweet and sour dishes, but its natural balance will also been joyed as an aperitif.

Champagne Besserat De Bellefon
Since 1843, the House of Besserat de Bellefon has imposed a unique style combining elegance and power. The creation in 1930 of the Cuvée des Moines, a champagne of great finesse that can accompany an entire meal, is the founding act of a true legend.
The House has a vineyard of 25 hectares, located mainly in the Marne Valley, the cradle of Pinot Meunier, supplemented by the quality grapes of a network of winemakers.
It should be noted that the House does not practice malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve all the purity and freshness of the wine. Besserat de Bellefon: these are champagnes with 30% finer bubbles and a creamy mousse. This is the Besserat de Bellefon sensation!
