Regarding the Champagne Bergeronneau Marion Brut Sélection
The Champagne Brut of the House of FLORENT BERGERONNEAU MARION is a blend of the three Champagne grape varieties (60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay) in "1st Cru".
Since its creation, the Bergeronneau Marion House has been constantly renewing and experimenting with new techniques, allowing to sublimate the Champagne wine even more. This Champagne Brut Selection takes its name from its traditional blend of grape varieties, plots and years.
After a minimum of 20 months of aging on laths, we discover a fresh, lively and round champagne. On the nose, this Brut Champagne (9.5g/l) reveals aromas of fresh fruit such as pear, apple and white flowers. The mouth is fruity, fine and balanced.
A cuvée with a very nice freshness and a finesse worthy of a great champagne. This very pleasant champagne can be enjoyed at any time, from the aperitif to the dessert, including white meats, fish and shellfish.
