The Lahaye family and the vineyard are from Bouzy, a village located in the Montagne de Reims, classified as Grand Cru. Since 1930, they vinify a 4.5 hectars domain in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tauxières, mainly Pinot Noir variety.The domain is exploited in using organic farming methods, and their champagnes are the mirror of their vineyard : these are lively. The power and energy of the soil are found on the palate. Champagne are non-dosed or very slightly. The House offers very fruit champagnes, persistant with a lot of freshness and fineness.A little domain according to its size, but large from the quality of their cuvées. Moreover, it has been crowned with a 2* rating by the Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France.

The Lahaye family domain is located in Bouzy, classified as Grand Cru. Its vineyard measures 4.5 hectares of land in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tauxières, mainly Pinot Noir variety.Soils are partly plowed by horse, and the champagne House make their own compost. The soil treatments are only based on herbal teas, copper, sulfur and essential oils. The whole domain is organic.In order for the cuvées to develop their full potential, it is recommended to open the bottle 15 to 20 minutes prior to tasting. The ideal temperature is 8 to 10°C in summer, and 10 to 12°C in winter.
