An unusual, exuberant marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that stirs the soul.
Each style of Barons de Rothschild champagne has the exceptional characteristics of a great champagne.
Barons de Rothschild Rosé shows assertive fineness in a blend of Champagne’s greatest Chardonnays and its top Pinot Noir, vinified as red wine after at least three years of cellar aging. The high proportion of Chardonnay makes its exceptional rosé fine and vicacious, while Pinot Noir makes it delicately, harmoniously complex, a delight to the senses.
This wine’s extremely low dosage and its long aging after disgorgement (6 to 9 months) give it a maturity where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can develop their authenticity and purity.
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs extremely well with sushi, sashimi or red tuna tartare. Then serve it with a lightly-cooked lam with cranberry sauce. For the dessert, fresh strawberries will bring out this champagne’s tasty aromas.

The three branches of the Rothschild family have come together and given rise to a single ambition: produce a magnificent achievement as each always done in their respective fields. When one of the most famous name meets the most prestigious vine’s signature, the result is nothing less than exceptional.Chardonnay is an emblem to these greatest champagnes. It is the sign of a refined style. Its elaboration is a long and delicate process : following a minimum aging period of 3 years in the cellar, each cuvée has avery low dosage and rests between 6 to 9 months in order to develop maturity and balance. In every Rothschild’s cuvées, the spirit of the family is found : the pursuit of perfection, constancy, with a spirit of purity and excellence that are the subject to the greatest care.
