AYALA's Rosé Majeur perfectly embodies the delicacy of AYALA champagnes, with an original blend where Chardonnay is dominant (51% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier). This unusual proportion of white grapes gives this rosé a great delicacy and freshness.
Rosé Champagne is a difficult wine to make. Sharing it is always a magical moment. It is the wine of love, tenderness and happiness. The red wine coming exclusively from Pinot Noir from Aÿ Grand Cru brings delicate notes and the low dosage, signature of the House underlines the freshness of this rosé.
Three years of ageing on lees reveal a rosé champagne with delicate colors, a charming nose with red fruit aromas and an expressive, fresh and voluptuous mouth.

Located in Aÿ for over 150 years, Maison Ayala is one of the oldest Champagne Houses. It owns a vineyard in the heart of the Grands Crus. This family-run business was bought by the BOLLINGER family in 2005.
