The Cuvée Paradis Brut in magnum is the expression of all the know-how of Alfred Gratien's cellar master, a champagne that is both rich and very fine.
Rigorous selection of grapes, vinification and maturation in small oak barrels in the respect of tradition, voluntary limitation of volumes, no or little malolactic fermentation in order to respect the nature of the grapes and the personality of the terroir: here are all these attentions which make Alfred Gratien a unique Champagne, of quality.
The Cuvée Paradis Brut from ALFRED GRATIEN is a remarkable prestige cuvée, composed only of têtes de cuvée and grands crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This cuvée offers us very fine bubbles, with a nose of orange and cookie. In the mouth, it is delicate and unctuous with a very long finish. It is a champagne for those who appreciate great wines.
In magnum, it will be the perfect bottle size for a nice party!

Located in Epernay and with a know-how passed on from generation to generation for more than a century, the Alfred Gratien House owns 1.5 hectares of vines classified as Grand Cru and 1er Cru and completes its supply from 60 winemakers.
There is no malolactic fermentation and the house vinifies its champagnes in oak barrels to preserve the aromas of the wine. A small production of great quality (250 000 bottles produced per year), to give birth to champagnes of gastronomes. Champagnes to taste and to offer to your friends and family during events.
