Regarding the Champagne Alfred Gratien Cuvée Brut
Alfred Gratien's Brut champagne is an exemplary champagne in its category. The contribution of the reserve wines and the time spent in the cellar have given it a beautiful and harmonious complexity.
Rigorous selection of grapes, vinification and maturation in small oak barrels in the respect of tradition, voluntary limitation of volumes, no malolactic fermentation in order to respect the nature of the grapes and the personality of the terroir: here are all these attentions which make Alfred Gratien a unique Champagne.
It is the Alfred Gratien style that asserts itself in the Cuvée Brut d'ALFRED GRATIEN.
The nose is complex with notes of almond, cookies and apple, followed after aeration by notes of thyme and dried fruit. The expression is worthy of the great Brut, with this skilful blend of maturity and freshness of fruit.
In the mouth, it is both fresh and creamy. Then, the chalky minerality and acidity highlight a silky texture. The finish is mineral, very clear and of a very beautiful length.
This Brut champagne will be at ease with salty, sweet or sweet and sour petit fours.

Champagne Alfred Gratien
Located in Epernay and with a know-how passed on from generation to generation for more than a century, the Alfred Gratien House owns 1.5 hectares of vines classified as Grand Cru and 1er Cru and completes its supply from 60 winemakers.
There is no malolactic fermentation and the house vinifies its champagnes in oak barrels to preserve the aromas of the wine. A small production of great quality (250 000 bottles produced per year), to give birth to champagnes of gastronomes. Champagnes to taste and to offer to your friends and family during events.
