Regarding the Champagne Bruno Paillard Rosé Première cuvée magnum
The Champagne Rosé Première Cuvée of the Bruno Paillard House is a blended rosé champagne, composed mainly of Pinot Noir and supplemented by Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. It is made from first press only. It is dosed in extra-brut (less than 6gr/l) like all the champagnes of the House, for more authenticity.
This champagne has been aged for three years, then disgorged (the date appears on the back label) and rested for another five months.
The bubbles are of great finesse. The nose, both fruity and lively, reveals aromas of red fruits which, after aeration, evolve towards morello cherry and violet. The mouth is fresh and greedy on the red fruit too. The finish is long, refined and pure.
This rosé champagne will perfectly accompany a whole meal, with mixed salads, poultry or cheese.
A Rosé champagne of a great freshness in magnum.
