Bollinger's cuvée de prestige : La Grande Année 2014 is now available! Only very high quality harvests are vintage at Bollinger, and 2014 produced a fine, precise, mineral and intense champagne.

It is elaborated from 61% Pinot Noir and 39% Chardonnay, with a vinification in small casks. Grande Année 2014 has been raised in cellar for twice the length of the appelation’s requirements.

The eye unveils golden hues which is a sign of the wine's maturity and Bollinger's wine-making methods. The very expressive nose reveals aromas of cherry, lemon and hazelnut. On the palate, the effervescence of the bubbles is fine and intense, followed by a beautiful vinosity balanced by a delicate acidity. Very nice length in the mouth. First airy, ths champagne gradually shows its fulls intesity and potential.

The Grande Année 2014 is a must-have for a gastronomic meal. It is delicious with langoustine ravioli, scallops or sea bass. 

You can enjoy Bollinger’s Grande Année 2014 immediately, or choose to store it in your cellar ... but this might be quite a challenge to wait!
