Minerality and Freshness for this champagne « L’esprit Nature », the Extra Brut blanc de blancs organic cuvée from Maison H BLIN.
This Blanc de blancs champagne (100% chardonnay) has been aged for 24 months to give this cuvée a pale gold hue with fine bubbles. The nose unveils exotic notes, while the palate is fresh and gourmand, with a great balance and citrus notes. The finish is long with a great aromatic persistance.
Elaborated from organic farming methods, based on the respect of the soil and on sustainable viticulture, this champagne is the perfect companion of a refined aperitif, seafood and grilled fishes.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
