Champagne Rosé from the House H. BLIN, like every champagne of the range, is elaborated using an important proportion of Pinot Meunier (57%), one of the most surprising grape variety in Champagne. It offers a unique and astonishing taste with fresh and fruity shades.
At first, this rosé shows freshness linked with fresh fruits, its “rosé” character appears through a squbtel astringency and light vinosity. Then, in mouth, spicy and fruity notes mix themselves with deeper brioche aromas in a posture of roundness and structure.
A rosé champagne remarkable by its strong character, showing soft material. The general impression remains in the delicacy between power and lightness.
A champagne both discreet and present, fine and subtlety powerful, which nicely matches oriental meals such as Indian, Lebanese or Maroccan cooking.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
