The range Blin’s Limited Edition expresses a unique
and original character, the quintessence of their terroir.
Elaborated using ecological methods, based on the respect of the soil and controlled viticulture, this 100% Chardonnay combines freshness and power.
From a gourmand and warmhearted 2005 harvest, this champagne has a tight texture, confirming the wine motion around air notes, giving the impression of movement, a controlled fluidity, such as a silky velvet.
A range between the dense and the light, bringing a noble appearance.
This champagne is a calling for gastronomic associations:
grilled oysters, orange duck, a bass with a lemon/butter sauce etc…

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
