The Fleur de Prestige 2012 Champagne from the Beaumont des Crayères House is a fresh, elegant and complex champagne, made from 100% Coeur de Cuvée ( 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier).
The color is pale gold, the nose is fresh and generous. It reveals notes of butter, candied pineapple and dried fruits, with a touch of minerality. The palate is both complex and full, offering aromas of toasted brioche, coffee and stewed fruit. The finish is long and elegant.

Champagne Beaumont Des Crayeres
Created in 1955, Beaumont des Crayères House is a cooperative that has long been committed to sustainable viticulture. 250 winegrowers work with respect for the environment on an 85-hectare estate of vines. One of the particularities of the domain is that the pinot meunier represents more than 60% of the supplies. And the vintage champagnes as well as the prestige vintages are made only from "Cœur de cuvée", whose aptitude for aging is incomparable.
The self-supply, the selection of the grapes, the harvest at ideal maturity, an adapted disgorgement as well as an ageing much longer than what is legally imposed make this House a great Champagne House by the quality of its work and its champagnes.
Regularly rewarded with prizes and recognized internationally, Beaumont des Crayères exports 75% of the 600,000 bottles produced each year.
