Champagne Brut vintage 2012 from Maison Barons de Rothschild represents the famous know-how of the greatest vintage wines.
It is elaborated from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir exclusively sourced from Grands and Premiers Crus. This champagne is created from the cuvée only (first press). Following 7 to 8 years of raising on lees, and a minimum of 1 year of rest after disgorgement, you will discover a powerful and fresh champagne.
This champagne unveils a slow and generous effervescence, and reveals a very expresive nose with a spicy and complex bouquet. At first, it develops aromas of peach and pear, followed by brioche notes. The palate is ample, structured and fleshy, offering peach notes giving way to a saline final and a great length. Champagne Brut vintage 2012 from Maison Barons de Rothschild is a gastronomic cuvée.
It is absolutely delicious with norway lobster, a sweetbread with morels or with a Brie de Meaux cheese. Moreover, It has a beautiful aging potential.

Founded more than 250 years ago, Barons de Rothschild is a human-sized company. It is associated with the best winegrowers established on 70 hectares of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, classified respectively grand cru and premier cru.
