Barons de Rothschild’s Extra-Brut is a rich, complex and aerial champagne.
Each style of Barons de Rothschild champagne has the exceptional characteristics of a great champagne. Its blend is elaborated from a selection of wines aged at least from three different years of Chardonnays, Pinots Noirs and Pinots Meuniers sourced from the greatest Champagne’s terroirs. Fresh and mature both, it will delight the connoisseurs, seeking for purity and minerality.
With a low dosage of 3 grams only, stored between 6 to 9 months after disgorgement, this champagne offers a balanced and pleasant structure in mouth and it can be both enjoyed as an aperitif or during the meal : with oysters, sushis or a piece of veal. Finally, this Extra-Brut admirably pairs with an old Parmesan cheese, and with lemon small cakes.

Founded more than 250 years ago, Barons de Rothschild is a human-sized company. It is associated with the best winegrowers established on 70 hectares of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, classified respectively grand cru and premier cru.
