Champagne N°14 Rosé 2014 is the third opus of the "AYALA COLLECTION". This ephemeral cuvée is made from the 5 emblematic Grands Crus of the AYALA House: Aÿ, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger and Verzy. The vintages are worked in equal parts, only from the 2014 vintage and for the first time in a rosé version.

60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir including 5% red wine in Grand Cru Aÿ make up this great rosé cuvée, pure expression of the AYALA style.

After 6 years of aging on lees, the bubble is fine, the nose is fresh and acidic with notes of morello cherry, mango and passion fruit. In the mouth, the attack is both generous and lively, highlighting the freshness of lime and the smoothness of vanilla. The mid-palate is mineral with notes of cocoa, and the finish is firm and long.

It will pair wonderfully with a carpaccio of sea bass, a shoulder of lamb or even a strawberry pavlova.
