On our Website www.enviedechamp.com, you have 4 payment possibilities: credit card (3D SECURE secured payment system : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CB, AMERICAN EXPRESS ...), bank check, bank transfer and Paypal.

The customer will receive by email the detailed invoice for his order. Our website uses the secured payment process from our partner, Banque Populaire. With CyberPlus payment and 3D SECURE, you are guaranteed to buy from an internet business company which is accredited by Banque Populaire. After you’ve proceeded to the payment, you will receive from CyberPlus Payment an electronic note including the usual information from a credit card payment.

We accept all these credit cards VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, CB, E-CARTE BLEUE, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON. Our website does not collect any banking data. Your banking information is automatically encrypted and cannot be intercepted.

What is 3D SECURE?

Since October 2008, some banks and online store merchants started to use the 3D SECURE system for internet payments. At VISA, the 3D SECURE system is called “ Verified by visa ” and for MASTERCARD, it is called “SecureCode”. The 3D SECURE system allows you to avoid the misuse of your credit card when you purchase on Internet.

What is the benefit for you?

Your bank will provide you with a personal code. This code allows the bank to make sure that you are the correct credit card holder regarding your purchase. This massively reduces the risk of a misuse of your credit card. Thus, if ever your credit card details were stolen or intercepted by any mean, the payment cannot be processed without this personal code.

What is this code?

Depending on the banks, this code could have been given to you, or you could be asked to create it for the first payment (depending on the bank’s policy or the card type). For some banks, this code can be definitive, or it can be sent to you by text message for every internet purchase. As soon as you have entered this code, the transaction is confirmed. Should you don’t have this code, we advise you to contact your bank.

What does it mean for you?

As usual, you proceed to your credit card payment: you enter your card number, expiry date, the 3 digits of the cryptogram at the back of your card. You are then directed to your bank’s website where you will be required to enter your personal code. Once this code is entered, you automatically come back to our store and we confirm your payment.

This 3D SECURE system is totally free of charge.
